Care & Warranty Guide
To ensure the longevity, performance, and pristine appearance of your INFINITY Pilates equipment, please adhere carefully to the following maintenance and warranty guidelines.
SECTION 1: Equipment Care & Cleaning Guidelines
Proper and regular cleaning will maintain all leather and upholstered parts in good condition, preventing premature wear and deterioration.
Routine Maintenance
Weekly Cleaning: We recommend cleaning the upholstery at least once a week to extend its lifespan and prevent the accumulation of dust and pollutants.
Approved Cleaning Solution: Clean the entire surface with circular motions using a neutral liquid hand soap, diluted in water at a ratio of 1 part soap to 9 parts water.
Rinsing: After washing, always wipe the area with a clean, damp cloth to remove any soap residue, and allow the surface to dry naturally.
Stain Removal
Immediate Action: If liquid is spilled, wipe the excess immediately with a dry cloth, taking care not to spread it across the surface. Clean the material immediately if it comes into contact with substances like fat, blood, sauces, lipstick, wine, or coffee to prevent permanent stains.
The 12-Hour Rule: For all types of stains, you must clean the surface within 12 hours to avoid permanent staining. After 12 hours, the cleaning effectiveness is reduced by 50%.
Last Resort: If stains or dirt accumulate and cannot be removed with soapy water, you may use a 1:1 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water as an absolute last resort.
Strictly Prohibited Cleaning Agents & Tools (Warranty Voiders)
To protect the material from permanent damage, NEVER use the following:
Products containing more than 50% alcohol.
Detergents or cleaning products that do not have a neutral pH.
Solvents such as paint thinner, Varsol, acetone, or bleach.
Waxes or silicones.
Abrasive cleaning tools, including plastic or wire sponges, and brushes with hard bristles.
Pens or markers directly on the product, as the material can absorb the ink and stain permanently.
(Note: Certain clothing items, such as dark jeans or microfibers, may irreversibly transfer dye to the upholstery under high humidity or temperature conditions. INFINITY Pilates bears no responsibility for damages resulting from dye transfer.)
SECTION 2: Warranty Coverage & Exclusions
Fabric & Upholstery Warranty
The fabric and upholstery on Infinity Pilates equipment will be replaced if it fails under normal wear and tear within 365 days of the invoice date. Proof of damage is required to process any claims.
Please note that this warranty expressly excludes cuts, burns, stains, soiling, and pet damage. Furthermore, it does not cover:
Damage caused by abrasive, corrosive, or unapproved chemical cleansers (please refer to Section 1 for approved cleaning methods).
Damage resulting from apparel adornments, such as zippers, snaps, or buckles.
Any damage caused by unreasonable, reckless, or improper use.
In the event that a replacement is approved and the identical fabric is no longer available, Infinity Pilates reserves the right to provide a comparable fabric of equivalent premium quality.
General Equipment Exclusions
The INFINITY Pilates warranty protects against manufacturing defects but does not cover the following:
Non-Pilates Use: Our equipment is engineered exclusively for Pilates exercises. Any alternative use or application falls entirely outside the scope of this warranty.
Failure to Follow Care Guidelines: Damages or claims arising from a failure to adhere to the official INFINITY safety, maintenance, cleaning, storage, and usage instructions outlined in Section 1.
Misuse & Unauthorized Alterations: Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, abuse, improper transportation, unauthorized modifications, or repairs conducted by uncertified personnel.
Continued Use of Compromised Equipment: Any further damage caused by the continued use of the equipment after a part has been identified as damaged or defective.
Resale: INFINITY Pilates assumes no responsibility or liability for equipment that has been resold by the original purchaser to a third party.
Spring Maintenance Neglect: For safety and optimal performance, springs on spring-loaded equipment must be replaced every two (2) years or after 3,000 hours of use (whichever comes first). Failure to comply with this replacement schedule will void the warranty for the affected components.
Environmental Damage: Damage caused by prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, extreme humidity, or any external heat sources is not covered.
*We only use solid oak panels for our creations. Because natural wood 'breathes,' it may expand or contract with fluctuations in temperature and moisture. You might notice small gaps in the joints or minor surface changes over time? please note that these are natural traits of real wood and are not considered flaws.
SECTION 3: Limitation of Liability
This warranty is exclusive and expressly supersedes all other warranties, whether written, oral, expressed, or implied. INFINITY Pilates shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for any incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use our equipment.
SECTION 4: Instructions for Use & Safety
Before using its products Infinity Pilates Equipment®, carefully consult all the instructions provided. Your safety depends on the proper maintenance and use of the equipment. Keep the use and maintenance instructions for future reference. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or damage.
It is the owner's responsibility to ensure that all users of the equipment are aware of all precautions.
Check for any damage to the ropes and loops. Replace the ropes if they are damaged.
Remove hair and debris from wheel axles, mechanisms and moving parts. You systematically clean the rails on which the wagon moves. Dirt and small particles can create a problem in the smooth rolling of the wheels, causing damage. If the bearings or wheels are making a "squealing" noise, they may need to be replaced.
Check regularly and tighten if necessary all screws and nuts. Replace immediately if screws, retaining bolts or other parts are missing.
Keep children and pets away.
Before starting any exercise program, consult your doctor.
If you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath, stop exercising immediately.
